PURCHASE OF PROPERTY

   Our firm renders legal advice in all types of formalities related the purchase of immovable or movable properties in the TRNC by Cypriots or Foreigners.

   Contracts of sale/purchase are prepared and all sorts of permisions and licences obtained.Arrangements for land surveys and the transfer and registration of title dees are also carried out as per the request of our clients.

      WILLS

   Any foreigner living in the TRNC may wish to arrange for the safe transition of their belongings to their beloved ones following decease.

   Our office is well known in drafting such wills on behalf of our clients,deposite them wth the court registrar and execute such wills if needed.

      HOUSING RENTALS

   Our firm may arrange annual housing rentals for landlords. At present we handle several flats and/or villas in our portfolio.

   All rental contracts payment of taxes and duties together with any legal aspects are handled by our firm.
